Abstract
The ojectives of this research were to 1) apply the problem-based learning
to the architectural design study. 2) apply the rubric scoring as tool for design evaluation
which effect to the conceptual design skill and integrated design skill of architectural
design student. The research’s population consisted of 26 senior students of faculty of
architecture during the first semester of the 2016 academic year. Data collecting was
done by questionaire, pre-test, post-test and class learning activities. The data were
analyze by Growth Score, Percentage (%) and Mean (x). The results of the study found
that : 1) The average growth score of all students was at the level 4.07, and the relative
growth score was at the level 12.52 of development level. 2) The achievment of rubric
scoring evaluation founded that the specific learning process; differ from the other
process, were at the high level of significant
